Lubricants

RiChem offers various lubricants for a variety of applications. The range of includes: lubricants formulated from mineral, semi synthetic and fully synthetic base oils. There is a wide range of lubricants available including the following:

Formulated for the protection of rubber components from hydraulic and brake fluid. Prevents swelling or hardening. For use on seals, O rings and other rubber components.

Semi synthetic, heavy duty lubricating grease especially formulated for severe operation in both salt and fresh water environments. Protects against corrosion and oxidation.

A special semi-synthetic based grease with an exceptionally wide temperature range capability. Very good contaminant resistance and emergency lubrication through PTFE.

An opaque / translucent paste with excellent water repellency, insulating properties and dielectric strength. Good adhesion to metals and ceramic materials and resistant to a large variety of chemicals. Not for roller bearing applications.

A premium quality lithium soap thickened grease, formulated to meet the requirements of automotive wheel bearings. Provides protection against wear, shock loading, rust and extends the working life of bearings.

Red coloured grease for use in heavy duty applications where bearings reach elevated temperatures. Especially formulated for truck bearing applications.

To assist in assembly and disassembly of threaded components under high temperature and pressure conditions.

A high temperature anti seize product that offers optimum protection against seizing and galling especially on stainless steel applications.

Heavy duty drilling, tapping and reaming fluid. Very good for large size holes and stainless steel.

Fully synthetic grease for use on high speed machine tool spindles. Temperature range from -40ºC to 120ºC.
